The starting price for the simplest honest version of the job, including standard materials. Your exact figure is confirmed in writing before work starts — and once signed, it doesn't move.
Is the quote really fixed once signed?
Yes. If we discover something unforeseeable, work pauses and you get a written revision to approve first. The invoice never edits itself.
Do prices include materials and VAT?
Quotes itemise labour, materials and taxes separately, so you see exactly what you're paying for. Nothing is hidden inside a mystery line.
Is the emergency call-out fee lost if I don't proceed?
The €50 call-out covers arrival and diagnosis. If you approve the repair, it's credited against the work — most clients effectively pay nothing for the visit.
Are prices the same in all ten municipalities?
Yes — the published starting prices apply across the whole service area, from Valencia city to Sagunto. Distance changes our driving time, not your invoice.
Can I get a price without a visit?
Often, yes — photos and a description are enough for standard jobs like taps, heaters or unblocking. Complex work gets a survey first so the figure can be honest.
