What we collect, why, and your rights.

What you send us: name, phone, email, municipality, the description and photos of your plumbing issue — via the form, WhatsApp, email or phone.
To answer your request, prepare quotations, perform and document the work, and meet legal invoicing obligations. Legal bases: contract performance, legitimate interest and legal obligation (GDPR art. 6.1 b, c, f).
Enquiries that go nowhere: up to 1 year. Client records, quotes and job documentation: for the duration of guarantees and the periods Spanish fiscal law requires.
Nobody, except the services needed to run this: our hosting and email providers, and WhatsApp (Meta) if you contact us there — each under their own privacy terms. We never sell or trade personal data.
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection — write to info@veltorra.es. You may also complain to the Spanish supervisory authority (AEPD, aepd.es).
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which involves a technical request to Google's servers.
